RICS CONDITION REPORT
Select this survey if you are purchasing a conventional property built of standard materials and in a fair condition and you are seeking peace of mind.
A concise, descriptive report suitable for smaller and newer properties. It clearly colour codes property defects which may need attention. It also acts as a valuable MOT for home owners looking to assess the condition of their property.
RICS HOMEBUYERS REPORT
Opt for this survey if the property is a conventionally built new property, or an older property in good condition.
The report is written in an easily-understandable standard format and rates the condition of all permanent structures in the property.
The report is based on a visual inspection of the house, including damp testing, assessment on timbers and supports, and notes on drainage and insulation. Your surveyor will also give maintenance advice on the property.
RICS BUILDING SURVEY
Choose this survey, also known as a Full Structural Survey, if you require the most thorough and detailed survey.
This survey is appropriate for, but not exclusive to old or large properties, properties built with unconventional materials, dilapidated properties, properties that may have experienced flood damage, or properties that have been extensively altered.
